How Do I Place An Order?
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
Buyers can pay securely by credit card (including Visa and Mastercard) via Paypal.

1.Received your order request
After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.
In this part, we kindly ask about 1-4 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package is shipped out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
The actual shipping time to destination is based on the shipping method in your order.
Note: The public holidays, destination areas and couriers will affect the shipping time too.
Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service
For any item that is customized, we don't offer refunds unless there is a defect in the item or a mistake on our part.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your E-mail all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1.Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and show the items outer packaging. For help with this, please contact our Customer Support Team.
2.Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under the warranty RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
3. Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.
Items under the 30 day warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels,
Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel, clearance, or any discounted products, providing that Crafty Vinyl Creations did not make any error.
